| UK Orders - Shipping |
- All UK orders incur a flat-rate shipping charge dependant on value of order shipped, regardless of weight!
- Please note that these have recently changed, and we may, for special requirements, charge slightly different shipping on any book that comes in some swanky oversized packaging. If the pricing differs from our standard pricing below, this will be detailed on the product page.
- Uk Shipping pricing:
- all orders up to £9.99 = £1.50 shipping
- all orders up to £29.99 = £2.50 shipping
- all orders up to £49.99 = £5.00 shipping
- all orders up to £74.99 = £7.00 shipping
- all orders £75 or over = £10.00 shipping
- All UK orders are dispatched via First Class Royal Mail and are dependant on levels of stock.
- We aim to dispatch most titles within 48hrs of ordering. If your dispatch is anticipated to take longer than this, we will be in touch.
- If your order hasn't arrived:
- Please remember that Royal Mail's First Class service can take up to three working days to reach you. We obtain proof of posting for every item, so should be able to verify when the item was dispatched.
- If after five working days of not hearing that satisfying clump on your doormat, please contact

- If you've received a book from us that is either physically damaged or faulty, please send an email to
 quoting your order number. You'll need to return the book to us, and we'll send out a replacement in return.

- North America (50 contiguous states) & Canada shipping pricing:
- all orders up to $19.99 = $10.00 shipping
- all orders up to $59.99 = $15.00 shipping
- all orders up to $99.99 = $25.00 shipping
- all orders up to $149.99 = $40.00 shipping
- all orders $150 or over = $65.00 shipping
- European Union (EU) shipping pricing:
- all orders up to €14.99 = €6.50 shipping
- all orders up to €39.99 = €9.50 shipping
- all orders up to €69.99 = €16.00 shipping
- all orders up to €99.99 = €26.00 shipping
- all orders €100 or over = €42.00 shipping
- We aim to dispatch most titles within 48hrs of ordering. If your dispatch is anticipated to take longer than this, we will be in touch.
- It's also beneficial if you sign up for an account with the store - that way you can see at a glance when orders have shipped.
- If your order says it's been shipped under 'Order Status', and hasn't arrived:
- Please remember that Royal Mail's Airmail service can take up to two weeks to reach you. We obtain proof of posting for every item, so should be able to verify when the item was dispatched.
